Horizontal meat pusher 5 liters Tom Press by Reber

Tom Press horizontal meat press by Reber 5 liters with all-steel gears.  

This pusher with a capacity of 5 kg of meat was developed by Reber according to the quality requirements of Tom Press.  

To compare with the pusher 5 l. from Reber ref. 8950 N, this pusher has all-steel gears, stronger and quieter than those in zamac.  

Very robust, this pusher (or embosser) allows the casing of all kinds of sausages, sausages, sausages without adding air quickly altering the meat.

2-speed push button with cremailere. A first gear, geared down, to push without effort and a second fast speed, to remove the pusher cylinder.
Handle on the side to push while guiding the casings.
Cylinder holding hook prevents it from moving too much at the beginning of the thrust, when it is full.
Cylinder in stainless steel AISI-304.
Delivered with 4 funnels (merguez au boudin) outside diameter: 15-23-29-38 mm.
