Use 60 to 80 g per kilo of meat preparation.
Ingredients: salt - sugars (lactose, dextrose) - spices - stabiliser E451 phosphates P2O5 (3.5%) - aromas - antioxydant E301 sodium ascorbate (0.5%) - preservative E252 potassium nitrate (0.4%) - extract of paprika - E124 colour cochineal red.
