Unless an extended duration is indicated on the product information sheet, all our goods are guaranteed for 2 years covering parts and assembly. TOM PRESS has many spare parts and a repair service at its disposal on-site. You have a single point of contact. In your delivery, you will find an invoice that includes VAT that can be used in place of a certificate of guarantee: be sure to keep it in a safe place.

Before returning any goods, please contact our customer service in order to receive a return code that allows us to handle your request in the best possible conditions. Packages that do not have a return code will not be accepted on delivery.

All our goods have been carefully chosen for their quality. However, should one or several products not live up to your expectations you have a period of 14 days, starting from the date of receipt, to contact us by clicking here to download the return form and return the product(s) in question. A return code will be given to you by our after-sales service. You must write it on the outside of your package in a clearly visible place. Your package will be handled as a top priority. Packages that do not have a return code are refused on delivery.
The items returned must be new, unused, clean, intact and in their original packaging in order to exchange them, receive a credit note or a refund. In cases of credit notes or refunds, the standard delivery costs are included.
Returns are at the customer�s expense.

365 days to change your mind!

When you receive your package, you have a period of 365 days to send your product(s) back. To do this, you must contact our Customer Service to obtain a return code and be made aware of the procedure to follow.
In this case, the price of the returned product will be refunded in the shape of a credit note that is valid for 1 year for the entire Tom Press range.
Returns are at the customer�s expense.

Important : returned products must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Be new and in their exact original condition.
  • Be inside the original packaging which must be intact.
  • Be returned with all the accessories that came with them.
  • Be in perfect working order.
  • Bear no traces of use.
  • Be perfectly clean.
  • Be returned with their instructions for use.
