Controlled temperatures.
The smokehouse is entirely lined and equipped, like an oven, with an adjustable heating device that can reach cooking temperatures of 160°C. Cold smoking is carried out at room temperature. The adjustments are made using the button on the control panel.
Smoke without fire.
To continuously produce smoke, the smoke generator uses sawdust bisquettes. These are little round cakes of compressed wood that are stacked in a tube. Every 20 minutes, a sawdust bisquette needs to be moved forward as this is how long it takes to burn. 8 hours of autonomy and smoke without fire means that you can prepare long smoking sessions that are perfectly controlled and low temperature cooking without surveillance.
Light smoking and low temperature cooking.
Slow cooking at low temperatures produces meat that is very tender. With this type of smokehouse with controlled heating, it is easy to combine smoking with slow cooking or even to finish the cooking process on a skewer to get the crispy exterior of roasted meats.
Autonomy: 8 hours.
Management of smoking times, the cooking temperature and the length of cooking are entirely automatic and can be programmed. It is no longer necessary to manually adjust the heat of the oven.
