Rolled Smoked Salmon, Spinach and Garlic & Herbs Cheese

Recipe of smoked salmon roll, spinach and garlic cheese & herbs to enjoy as an appetizer or as an appetizer. With the help of your smoker , you can even make smoked salmon yourself.   

Ingredients for 6 people  
g chopped spinach  
g thinly sliced ??smoked salmon  
g garlic and herbs cheese  
eggs (yellow and white separated)  

The recipe
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C  

Mount the whites in snow, reserve.  

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and add the chopped spinach cooked and well drained so that there is as little juice as possible. Add salt and pepper.  

Using a spatula, gently add the whites to the mixture.  

On a plate lined with parchment paper, pour the mixture evenly.
Bake and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.  

On a clean, damp cloth, place the "omelette" with parchment paper. Roll gently (like a sponge cake).
Let cool to room temperature.  

Unwrap and spread cheese with garlic and herbs. Cover the entire surface with thin slices of smoked salmon.
Ride again (without parchment paper) while squeezing. Then wrap it in stretch film. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before slicing.
