It accepts pouches of any length up to 30 cm wide.
Its vacuum pump draws 16 dm3 / min (16 liters per minute), and empties at -900 mbar of depression.
Its entirely automatic operation passes without the intervention of the suction to the welding then to the release of the vacuum bag. However, you still have control and have the opportunity to engage the weld at the time you want.
The three leds on the hood indicate the progress of the vacuum level and the successive stages of the vacuum.  

The 220 bags of the brand Tom Press provided with this vacuum box are compatible with cooking under vacuum.  

The pipe with nozzle to suck in the vacuum boxes and universal lids can empty in containers, for fragile products, liquids ...  

The round universal lids have a wide joint allowing to position them on any glass or metal container from 4 to 9 or 4 to 12 cm in diameter. You can retrieve and empty glass jars, or keep a metal tin that has been started longer by vacuuming it.
