USE
Ideal for pâtés and preserved meats, duck or goose confit, sausages, ham, and cooked dishes (cassoulet,...).
MAINTENANCE
Clean your Le Parfait® terrine thoroughly with hot water and detergent after using the preserve and remove the seal. After drying, store it closed without the seal.
TIP
Change the seal after each use to ensure that your preserves will keep well throughout the season.
