USE
Ideal for preserving fuit, fruit in alcohol, fruit in syrup, vegeteble preserves (beans, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pickles...), mushrooms (ceps, girolles, morels,...), cooked sauces, tomata, cooked meals (ratatouille,...).
MAINTENANCE
Clean your Le Parfait® jar thoroughly with hot water and detergent after using the preserve and remove the seal. After drying, store it closed without the seal.
ASTUCE
Change the seal after each use to ensure that your preserves will keep well all season long.
