The intermediate layer of aluminium covering the entire surface of the pan, right up to the rim, provides excellent heat conductivity for fast, even and more economical heating. It also allows you to control the cooking temperature quickly.
The neutral, healthy stainless steel lining is easy to clean, sturdy and ideal for heating, blanching, steaming and browning.
The bases used to support the handles are made from solidly riveted stainless steel.
