Practical and easy to store, this 24 cm diameter sauté pan (16.6 cm at the bottom) is above all sturdy and durable.  

Made in France from 2.5 mm thick steel protected by a layer of beeswax, it is a professional quality product that can be used on all types of hob, including induction.
The absence of a non-stick coating makes it a healthy and environmentally-friendly product that is extremely durable, with no fear of high temperatures, thermal shock or scratches.
Heat hard, heat fast, deglaze and use metal utensils or knives without risk.
It's easy to achieve a Maillard effect when searing meats to obtain a golden surface with a grilled flavour and a soft centre.  

After an initial basting, this pan becomes easier to use with each use.
Do not put in the dishwasher or use abrasives or strong detergents to damage the natural coating (culotte) and prevent rusting.
Simply rinse in hot water with a little soap, then dry and oil before storing.  

The bases used to support the handles are made from solidly riveted stainless steel.
All burners including induction.
