Heart shaped perforated circle in stainless steel six parts diameter 22 cm.
Easier to use and much less bulky than a mould, this perforated heart circle on the right edge allows you to easily unmould your tartlets.
Also useful as cookie cutter for biscuits or cutting shapes.
The 2 cm high perimeter is pierced with small holes that let pass hot air and steam. The pastry is cooked perfectly, browns and becomes crispy without drying out, whether it is puff-pastry or broken.
S uses on a baking sheet or mat.
