Round crepe rake in boxwood 20 cm.
Also called rusty or "rozell" in Breton, it allows to spread the dough evenly over the entire surface of the pancake or billig.  

The head of this great 20 cm red is in American boxwood or "pequia" which is one of the densest and most resistant woods known. This wood is difficult to work with, thanks to precise turning and machining, it offers a quality and durability unequaled by its density and resistance.
The beech handle measures 24 cm long for a good grip.
All the wood, massive, comes from forests certified PEFC and FSC. It is untreated and unbleached with chlorine.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
Made in Normandy (France), label Origine France Garantie.
