Low temperature immersion cooker

What is an immersion heater

The immersion heater is a device designed for low temperature cooking, consisting of a heating base and a thermostat.
It is equipped with a system that stirs the water, thus guaranteeing a good distribution of heat throughout the cooking, requiring no supervision, leaving you free to do anything else.   


How to use the low temperature immersion cooker

Easy to use, just attach it with its clip integrated into the wall of your container, which you will fill with water. Choose a container of good height, about 15 cm, so that the base of the immersion cooker does not touch the bottom and of sufficient capacity for the water to circulate perfectly around the vacuum bags.
A graduation, located on the cylindrical part which will be submerged, indicates the quantity of water required: min / max. It is not necessary to fill it to the maximum, knowing that the water level will rise as soon as you introduce your sachet.
If, however, the water level is not sufficient an alarm will let you know, even during cooking!   


Setting the immersion heater

Adjusting the temperature (up to 95 ° C) and the cooking time (up to 99 hours) is easy and intuitive thanks to its LCD screen and with its ergonomic dial.
Once plugged in and the settings made, the water will heat up. As soon as it has reached the desired temperature, the timer starts automatically and four "beeps" signal that you can put your food in: meat, fish, vegetables, etc.
It is important that your food is in vacuum bags that can withstand heat up to 100 ° C.
