Ceramic papillote dish - Bordeaux Grand Cru

Bordeaux Grand Cru papillote dish in highly resistant enamelled ceramic. Allows you to cook any kind of fish gently and to perfection.
The lid stops odours from spreading and makes for perfect confined cooking.
Whole or in portions, the fish will melt in your mouth, without adding cooking fats.
The principle is a simple one: place the fish in the centre of the dish, add vegetables and seasoning around it, close the lid and place in a hot oven.
