Frying oil tester.
This oil tester measures the quality of frying oil as a percentage of polar composites. It can evaluate the degree of thermal oxidisation.
Fill the tube with oil to the lower edge of the label.
Shake to create a uniform solution.
Wait for around 2 minutes.
Maintaining the tube in a vertical position, compare the colour obtained with the table of colours located on the back of the tester box.
Comes with a pipette, an anti-burn stand and a user guide.
Set of 10 test tubes.
