28 cm perforated all stainless steel fluted pie ring.
Pies, quiches and pies with short crusty, shortbread or puff pastry.  

Easier to use and much less bulky than a mold, this perforated round frame allows you to easily unmold your pies or pies.
The smooth edge of 3 cm offers an impeccable result during demolding. The fluted edge offers a traditional and "homemade" aspect during the service. It is pierced with small holes which allow air and vapor to pass through. The dough cooks perfectly, browns and becomes crispy as desired.
All stainless steel, resistant and healthy, this circle is flexible enough to unmold easily and keeps its original shape pie after pie.
