Easier to use and much less bulky than a mold, this perforated rectangular frame allows you to easily unmold your pies.
The smooth edge of 3 cm offers an impeccable result during demolding. The fluted edge offers a traditional and "homemade" aspect during the service. It is pierced with small holes which allow air and vapor to pass through. The dough cooks perfectly, browns and becomes crispy as desired.
