Stainless steel griddle plate.
The first specific asset of this plancha is its stainless steel plate. It is made of food grade 304 L stainless steel and is 4 mm thick. Its raised edges added to its transverse reinforcement bar and its thickness give it excellent rigidity. Unlike low quality plates, it will not be veiled or distorted.
Stainless steel, easy to maintain and resistant, can stay outside any time even by the sea. Odors disappear between two dishes at the same time as the cooking juices. For that, cold water to deglaze on the hot plate before wiping it will give you an impeccable result.
In the lower right corner of the griddle is the drain hole for grease and cooking juices. The turn of this evacuation is stamped to allow the juice to evacuate implément, without stagnating around the orifice.
The width of the plancha of 78 cm and its depth of 45 cm give you a good work space to cook for 12 to 15 guests.

9 kW powerful stainless steel burners with thermocouple.
The second essential point for a gas griddle is its burners. Indeed, they must be well sized and distributed to heat the plate quickly and uniformly.
The three independent U shaped stainless steel burners of 3000 watts each ensure a temperature rise in 5 minutes on the entire stainless steel cooking plate. A galvanized metal plate under the burners acts as a heat reflector to accelerate the temperature rise and limit the loss of calories.
Each burner is independently adjustable by a large control knob on the front panel.
The ignition is done by a piezoelectric powered by a LR06 battery supplied with the plancha.
Each burner is equipped with a thermocouple for more security and allows to use the plancha indoors provided that the room is ventilated. Ideal under a veranda, in a shed or garage, a village hall ...
The plancha works with butane gas or propane gas that is connected to the threaded inlet at the back of the plancha. It can be run on city gas (natural gas) on request when ordering (please make sure to specify it during the purchase).
The burners are guaranteed for 5 years.

The plancha is equipped with a tilting lid that turns into a credenza when it is open.
This hood is galvanized steel resistant to rust and is powder coated with a red paint baked.  

Stainless steel 18/10 anti-traces coating.
All the cladding, including the control panel and the sides are in 18/10 non-ferritic stainless steel. That is, this stainless steel is particularly resistant to corrosion.
The set, at the front and laterally, is in stainless steel with a structured finish "linen cloth" avoiding fingerprints found on mirror-polished stainless steel.
At the front, you will find the drawer recover juice and grease large capacity which is also all stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

The lower bottom of the plancha is made of galvanized steel plate resistant to moisture and rust.
The four large soft pads support the plancha and are adjustable to adapt to all surfaces, even rugged as in the garden.
