Drying figs in a dehydrator/drier

Prepare your figs either by blanching them in boiling water for a few moments or by coating them in lemon juice.
The skin of the figs will be less impermeable and waterproof and the drying process will be perfect.
Now place your figs, which you can chop in four pieces in the dehydrator for 30 to 36 hours.
