Dehydrator dryer for fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, fillets, sausages, pollen...
This powerful dehydrator allows you to quickly dry vegetables and meat.
It comes with 4 large drying trays (Ø 34.5 cm), but it can be equipped with three additional trays if you want to dehydrate larger quantities of food. It is certainly powerful enough to do so.
For the drying capacity, count between 300 and 600 g of fresh produce per tray depending on the variety of fruit or vegetable.

The 3 treatment levels of power (250W, 500W and 750W) correspond to a rise in the average temperature of around:
+ 20°C for position 1
+ 40°C for position 2
and + 60°C for position 3

. The timer can be programmed from 1 to 12 hours. It stops the dryer automatically when the treatment time that was programmed has run out.
