This plancha cooking plate can cook over its entire heating surface. It has two buttons to adjust temperature, with a slow position, as well as 2 piezzo gas lighters.
he cooking surface in enamelled steel that is 10 mm thick measures 59x38 cm and complies with French NF food norms.
The steel burners are star shaped for homogenous heat distribution.
There is a 1 litre juice recovery basin at the front so that you can use the cooking juices.
Stainless steel body. Adjustable legs for maximum safety.
Mounted butane/propane injectors and natural gas injectors are also included.
