500 gr Weck terrine jar, set of 6 units with seals and lids. Diameter 100 mm, height 110 mm. Clamps not included.
USE
Ideal for preserving duck liver pâté, preserved pâtés and meats, duck confit, ham, cooked dishes (cassoulet,…).
MAINTENANCE
Clean your Weck jar thoroughly with hot water and detergent after using the preserve and remove the seal. Once dry, store it closed without the seal.
TIP
Change the seal after each use to ensure that your preserves will keep throughout the season.
