500 ml Weck Jar, set of 6 units with seals, lids. Diameter 100 mm, height 87 mm. Clamps not included.
USE
Ideal for fruit preserves, fruit in alcohol, fruit in syrup, vegetable preserves (beans, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pickles…), mushrooms (ceps, girolles, morels…), cooked sauces, tomata, cooked dishes (ratatouille,…).
MAINTENANCE
Clean your Weck jar thoroughly with hot water and detergent after using the preserve and remove the seal. Once dry, store it closed without the seal.
TIP
Change the seal after each use to ensure that your preserves will keep throughout the season.
