Kai 3-step diamond and ceramic sharpener. For sharpening Japanese knives with asymmetrical blades.
Maintain the sharpness of your blades by sharpening just one side with this ingenious sharpener.
The transparent sheath acts as a handle when you take out the sharpener.
Sharpening is done in 3 stages:
- step 1 with two 270 grit diamond wheels,
- step 2 with two 150 grit ceramic wheels,
- step 3 with two 1000 grit ceramic wheels.  

Adapted to a 15° angle specific to Japanese knives.
Made in Japan.
