For sharpening Japanese knives with symmetrical blades.  

Keep your blades sharp with this ingenious sharpener.
The transparent sheath serves as a handle when you take out the sharpener.
Sharpening is done in 3 stages:
- step 1 with 4 diamond wheels with 270 grit,
- step 2 with two ceramic wheels with 150 grit,
- step 3 with two ceramic wheels with 1000 grit.  

Adapted to a 15° angle specific to Japanese knives.
Made in Japan.
