All this is possible with home-made vacuum packing thanks to these rollers and a vacuum packing machine.  

Embossed vacuum rolls for vacuum machine, 90 microns thick and 27.5x600 cm.
Triple thickness polyethylene/evoh/polyethylene.
Evoh provides a strong barrier to oxygen. Polyethylene is impervious to water and moisture.
Composed of over 95% polyethylene, these vacuum bags are perfectly recyclable.
The embossing on one side of the vacuum pouches enables maximum air extraction for machines with external suction (the pouch is in the ambient atmosphere).  

Suitable for low-temperature vacuum cooking up to 70°C and 4 hours, for storage in ambient air, refrigerator and freezer.  

Compatible with all good vacuum machines such as Tom Press, Reber, Takaje Tre Spade and also FoodSaver, Le Pratique, Figuine, FiGui, Kitchen Chef, Nature et Saveurs, Lacor, Emyg, Caso...  

Using embossed rolls.
Unroll a few cm and place flat in the vacuum sealer. Turn on the vacuum to set the sealing bar in place, then start sealing manually to create an even, watertight bottom seal.
Unwrap and cut to length to create your custom-made bag.
Place the food inside the vacuum bag and place the opening flat in the vacuum machine to draw in the air and create a vacuum in the bag before sealing it.
The sealing end of the bag must lie flat. A crease could prevent the machine from creating a complete vacuum, and the seal could fail, allowing air to immediately re-enter the bag. If the product in the bag is voluminous, make sure you take a bag long enough to be able to vacuum and make a clean, flat seal.
If you vacuum-pack greasy or moist products, roll up the end of the bag. This prevents the bag from getting dirty, and ensures that you still have enough length to weld properly.  

For moist products or those with a little juice, you can put them in a simple freezer bag and fold the end over. Then place it in the embossed vacuum bag with the tip folded down. The juice will remain in the first bag and won't prevent you from making a nice seal, nor will it be sucked out by the machine
