Its X50MoV15 steel blade is very robust, durable for incomparable cutting comfort. The Santoku is the equivalent of the Chef's knife in Asian cuisine. With its 17 cm blade, it is perfectly suited to cutting meat, fresh herbs, but also large fruits and vegetables. Its blade is dimpled in order to create air cushions which will allow the cut food to take off better, which is particularly practical for oily fish or soft cheeses.
