This kneader has a professional asynchronous, robust and silent 1500 rpm motor.
The very robust base of this appliance is made of cast aluminum, its 10 liter bowl and kneading fork are made of stainless steel and its protective cover is made of polycarbonate.
This kneader is particularly suitable for the preparation of hard doughs such as bread dough, pie bases, pizzas ... Its bowl allows you to prepare 4 kg of dough at once with 2.5 kg of flour in just 15 minutes.  

This kneader works like a baker's:
- its lifting and removable fork (bayonet system) of helical shape allows powerful and efficient kneading and reaches 70 revolutions / minute: an indexing finger keeps the fork in the high position for easy filling of the tank. Two locking screws allow you to keep the fork in the down position while kneading.
- the rotation of the 10-liter tank is ensured naturally by kneading the dough and its speed of rotation is adjustable using a dial located on the base of the appliance
- its protective cover is transparent and provided with a side opening to allow the addition of ingredients without difficulty. To work in complete safety, the machine stops as soon as the cover is opened.
- an on / off button with safety protects the motor in the event of an overload.  

All the parts in contact with the food are removable which makes them easy to clean, by hand or in the dishwasher.
