Loaves, large molds, rounded or more rectangular in shape ... Make these large loaves in this dedicated mold and you will be sure to succeed.
The 5-liter mold allows you to make large, generous loaves of up to 1 kg for the whole family.
The oblong shape of the mold makes it possible to make a loaf of rectangular or more rounded shape. The result will be visual but also gustatory and will thus recall the hardiness of breads of yesteryear.
The deep base of the mold is very useful for more liquid doughs such as gluten-free breads. The bottom of this ridged and enamelled base prevents the bread from sticking and allows easy and quick cleaning.
The lid is unglazed on the inside to regulate and redistribute humidity during cooking for a soft crumb and crispy crust. Its wide handles provide an excellent grip for safe handling of the dish and their opening also serves to regulate excess humidity.
Finally, for storage, the cover and the bottom fit together and save space for storage.

The bread box creates the ideal atmosphere for storing bread.
Ceramics and wood regulate the temperature and especially the humidity to guarantee constant conditions which ensure that the bread can be stored for up to 5 days.
A box that is too airtight would lead to the appearance of mold when a box that is too ventilated would dry out the bread.
The unique ventilation hole on the lower edge therefore provides the necessary ventilation without creating a permanent draft that would dry out the bread.
The large black satin ceramic Truffle container gives enough volume to store a large loaf of country bread or two baguettes (cut in half).
Its dimensions, however, allow it to easily find a place on the kitchen worktop.
The beautiful beech wood cover fits perfectly on the box. Once removed and turned over, it turns into a breadboard to cut it and collect the crumbs thanks to its wide grooves.
