This meat storage and maturation cabinet has a compressor and fan to control temperature to the degree of 2 to 14°C precisely and evenly throughout the cellar.
The moisture content is also adjustable from 50 to 85% in order to adapt to any type of products (meat, cheese...) and maturation.
The cellar and its glass door are insulated to reduce power consumption, and the power of 140 watts allows good performance.
Glass door 3 layers anti-UV.
Interior lighting and antibacterial UV light with independent switches.
Integrated active charcoal filter.
Comes with 1 rod, 4 hooks, 3 modular grids in height and a bottom grid.
Front window frame, handle, grates and hooks in stainless steel.  

This cabinet consumes 200 kwh/year.
