Pasta die for tagliatelle and fettuccine noodles.
Bronze and brass die, 57 mm in diameter.
Make 8 mm wide tagliatelle and fettuccine. Cut to the desired length.
The bronze and brass dies give a paste which is not smooth but a little rough or grainy. The latter sticks particularly well to the sauce and thus gives tasty pasta dishes that are well combined with the sauce.
