Pie ring square perforated all stainless steel 17.5x17.5 cm.
Square pies, desserts, short crusty, shortbread or sweet crispy pasta.  

Easier to use and much less bulky than a mold, these perforated square frames allow you to easily unmold your pies and desserts.
The smooth and straight edge of 3.5 cm offers an impeccable result during demolding and service. It is pierced with small holes which allow air and vapor to pass through. The crust bakes perfectly, browns and becomes crisp without drying out.
Can be used on a baking sheet or mat.
