The 13 cm long stainless steel blade (NITRO-B alloy) is designed for maximum impact resistance.
This curved and flexible blade greatly facilitates the boning of meat.
This alloy offers a good cutting edge and an optimal resistance to corrosion.
The blade wire is laser cut for high accuracy.  

The handle is made of TPE alloy for a good grip and to facilitate cleaning
