The stainless steel blade (NITRO-B alloy) is 28 cm long and 4 mm thick and is designed for maximum impact resistance.
This alloy offers a good cutting edge and an optimal resistance to corrosion.
The blade wire is laser cut for high accuracy.  

The handle is made of TPE alloy for a good grip and to facilitate cleaning  

This knife is compliant for all professional hygiene standards.
