Very compact touch screen pro ice machine with great simplicity of use.  

To start the cycle, simply press the "ON" symbol to automatically start production and storage. The preparation (30-35 min) and storage times are defined by the machine software which takes into account the ambient temperature and the density of the mixture. (5 possible densities to choose from.)  

When the software detects the correct density of the ice, the machine automatically goes into "conservation" mode and keeps your ice cream at the correct temperature for a maximum of 8 hours.
The software also has a "pause" function, which will be indicated by a "beep" every 10 seconds. The temperature is ensured by an air cooling system.  

The 1.7-liter stainless steel tub is removable and has a silicone handle, which makes it easy to move your ice cream once finished.
This ice turbine is equipped with a wide opening lid with a magnetic safety device  

This ice cream maker has a maximum yield of 3 liters / hour.
