Designed by master ice cream makers, this base for making Italian ice cream combines taste, simplicity and quality.
It ensures exceptional results quickly and safely. The use of the base leaves maximum freedom in customization: you can adjust the sweetness and flavor with the addition of aromatic pastes or fresh ingredients.  

Ingredients: whole milk powder, low fat milk powder, milk protein, dextrose, glucose syrup. Stabilizers: sodium alginate, guar gum, carboximetilcelulose.
Allergens: milk, gluten.  

Recipe for neutral base:
Dosage: 1.2kg. base, 200 g of sugar and 3 liters of whole milk.
Process: mix 1.2 kg of base with 200 g of sugar and 3 liters of whole milk using a mixer and pour the resulting mixture into the ice cream maker.
You are then free to let your creativity run wild to flavor this preparation with fresh products or aromas.  

Bag of 1.2 kg.
Storage: 2 years in sealed packaging at room temperature.
