Preparation time: 5 min | Cooking time: 10 to 13 min.  

Ingredients:
135 g of egg white,
100g of flour,
125 g of sugar,
2 sachets of vanilla sugar,
125 g of butter.  

Preparation:
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Stir in the flour and mix well.
In a salad bowl, whip up the whites until stiff and add to the previous mixture by lifting well so as not to drop the whites.
Fill a pastry bag with a 9 mm diameter socket.
Place the silicone mold on the oven rack (cold) to fill the dough cells.  

Cooking:
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes at 180 ° C. Watch the cooking so that the languages are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
