This stainless steel blade is made from Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel and has a hardness level in excess of 56-57 HRC. The quality of this steel offers exceptional cutting quality and superior blade consistency compared to knives that are wrought from standard steels, meaning that sharpening is necessary half as often.
The dual material handle is made from a polypropylene core that is waterproof and rigid, covered with elastomere that is more supple and comfortable to hold, with studied ergonomics that limit musculoskeletel disorders.
