Banana, honey and muesli ice cream

It´s always nice to end a good meal with a home-made ice cream. I have put together a little recipe that you can very easily make.

For 8 people:

¾ litre of custard cream
2 bananas
1 lemon
75 g of honey
100 g of muesli

Crush the 2 bananas with a fork with the lemon juice and mix with the cream, adding the honey and muesli. Place everything in your sorbet machine: it´s ready!


Some helpful hints
All of the ingredients, except for the honey, should be refrigerated to take better and to give a light cream. The faster the mixture takes, the finer the texture and the lower the danger of finding unwanted ice crystals inside.
