Light brown stock.
Meat stock with hints of cooked vegetables. 800 g box.
Make nice sauces for cooked meals with a red meat base (beef, pork…) and pepper or bordelaise sauces…
Make large or small quantities of ""fond brun"" stock with the quality base that has rich and balanced flavours.
Does not contain maize, peanuts, soy, glutamate, colour or preservative.
Cooked and dried using quality products.

Easy to use, simply dissolve 30 to 40 g of powder in hot water with a whisk.
Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes before using.
Comes in a box with a measuring cap.
