Paysanne style pan - 24 cm - with no handle and beeswax coating

Round ´paysanne´ pan with 24 cm diameter and no handle. The pan has high edges and is covered with a layer of beeswax to offer better protection against rust.
The metal is 2 mm thick. The high edges make it easy to sauté or brown vegetables.
Frying pan made from 99 % pure iron with a ´paysanne´ cut.
Eco-friendly, recyclable and hard-wearing, this steel pan in 99% pure iron is guaranteed without surface treatment. It naturally encourages the caramelising of cooking juices and the formation of a crust*. When seasoned, it becomes perfectly non-stick.
Suitable for all hobs including induction hobs.
Not suitable for dishwashers.
