Duck confit, fried potatoes, fried vegetables ... fry, grasp, grill, caramelize large quantities and limit splashing thanks to the raised edges of this generous peasant pan.

The raw steel bowl is being blended over time and use to gain protection and improve anti-slip.
The lack of non-stick coating makes it a healthy and ecological product extremely durable, not fearing high temperatures, thermal shocks or scratches. So you can heat hard, fast, deglaze and use metal utensils or knives safely.
Naturally compatible with induction, this jumper passes on all fires without heat bottom reported. Thermal shocks are not a problem.
After a first culottage, this jumper gains in ease of use with each use. Do not put in the dishwasher or use abrasive or strong detergent to avoid damaging the natural coating and prevent rust. A passage with hot water with a little soap is enough, then it must be well dried and oiled before storage.  

The steel strip tail is varnished. It has a hanging hole for storage. Securable fastening by rivets. For optimum comfort, two waxed beech boards are riveted to the handle and stay cool in all circumstances. The beech wood comes from French forests in the PEFC certified Vosges.  

All fires including induction, quick oven pass possible.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
