Pasta making machine with a large 18 cm roller that allows you to:
- roll the pasta for all kinds of Italian pasta and lasagna, along with pizza dough and pastry, biscuits cakes and local specialties.
- to cut pasta for square 1.5 mm ""spaghetti"" (tagliolinis).
- to cut pasta for tagliatelli or noodles into 6.5x1.5 mm strips (fettuccini).
The rollers are in nickel plated steel and measure 18 cm in width. There are 9 spacing positions from 0.2 to 3 mm. The body is in chrome steel and the gears are made of steel.
Attaches with a turnkey.
Can be motorised using the PATATLASMOT motor.
