Electric 2500 W pasteuriser, immersion heating with thermostat from 30 to 90° C, to immerse in the liquid to be pasteurised. It can sterilise up to 600 litres at a time and is used with a 40 to 80 cm in diameter recipient up to a maximum of 90 cm.
Diameter of the resistance: 33 cm.

Minimal immersion height: 45 cm.

For a liquid at room temperature, pasteurise around 200 litres in 3 to 4 hours.
