500 kg stainless steel electric apple grinder

Electric grinder for apples and fruit MINIMIXER, entirely made of stainless steel (body and blades), suitable for grinding any kind of fruit with pips (apples, pears, quinces…) before pressing to make juice or cider.

Yield of up to 500 kg per hour, 30 litre opening, 1.8 CV power (1325 watts), 1.2 metres tall.

USE
Fill the hopper with entire buckets of apples or other fruit. They fall down to the bottom where a double blade system grinds them until they can be expelled through a grid and leave the apple grinder at the bottom. Simply place a basin or bucket underneath to collect the ground apples and other fruit.
MAINTENANCE
The grinder is made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean. However, it is strongly recommended to disassemble the hopper after each use (2 screws at the base) in order to correctly clean the blade system and the grid and avoid small pieces of ground apple remaining stuck to your apple grinderTIP
In order to ensure that your apple grinder enjoys a long life, clean your fruit by steeping them in water, so that you only have clean fruit, separated from small stones or gravel that may have been picked up and will go on to damage and wear out the blades prematurely.
For very hard fruit such as quinces, do not load the hopper with full buckets, but little by little as the grinding progresses. This will allow you to efficiently grind these very hard fruit without wearing out your apple grinder too soon.
It is possible to use this fruit grinder to grind pitted fruit such as peaches, apricots or mangos, but it is imperative that you remove the stones first. You can then grind any kind of pitted fruit in order to put them through the press and make juice.
