Thick chopping board 40x28x3.8 cm with channel made in France

40x28x3.8 cm beech wood chopping board or block with gutter and deep drip tray.  

Made from a single piece of wood for the cutting section, this thick board has wooden plates at each end, held in place by 4 stainless steel screws, for perfect hygiene.
Its thickness makes it more rigid and less sensitive to variations in humidity and temperature. It's ideal for outdoor cooking and barbecuing.
This fairly heavy board has two machined handles for easy carrying.
The board is made from a single piece of solid beech and is neither glued nor treated.  

The beech used comes from sustainably and responsibly managed forests. It is neither treated nor bleached with chlorine.
