An elegant, modern fork to match the Classic Ikon white slicing knife.  

This meat fork has two sharp prongs designed to hold and easily handle roasts and other fine cuts of meat in a dish, pan, plancha or barbecue. Whether you're flipping a piece, pricking the meat to check it's cooked or holding a piece to carve it, this fork is perfectly suited to the task. Perfectly balanced and comfortable to hold, this fork is a real pleasure to use. What's more, it weighs the same as the tranchelard knife, making it a perfect complement that's well balanced in both hands. The teeth are forged in one piece from full tang to the bolster and to the end of the handle in high-carbon stainless steel, guaranteeing strength and durability. The handle is covered with white, hygienic and water-resistant synthetic inserts. They are held in place by three stainless steel rivets, all perfectly fitted and polished. So there's no snagging when you hold it in your hand or run your finger along the handle, from the bolster to the plates or from the plates to the rivets.
