Excellent heat diffuser thanks to the HR® ceramic (high resistance) which guarantees perfect cooking homogeneity, without lead, cadmium or nickel. Your dish also cooks in the bottom because the ceramic does not insulate it from the heat of the oven.
In addition, the ceramic keeps the dish nice and warm once you bring it to the table.  

Design and aesthetic, this very well designed dish has a rim that opens outwards and in which two handles are incorporated to carry it easily, even when full and with pot holders.
The ceramic has a vitrified coating in orange, the color of which does not fade, which is perfectly smooth and very resistant. It is therefore possible to cut with a knife, scrape with a metal spoon and scour the dish without damaging it.  

Can be used in the oven, under the grill or in the microwave, washable in the dishwasher, the color does not tarnish.
