Pasteurizer with gas boiler and coaxial exchanger for the pasteurization of fruit or vegetable juices.  

The pasteurization process involves subjecting the juice or other liquid to a heat shock (usually around 80 ° C) to neutralize a large portion of the bacteria, thereby extending the shelf life of the products.  

The boiler and the tank are mounted on a sturdy steel plinth.
