Do you still boil your tomatoes so that you can peel them? That was before we adopted our OXO tomato peeler! Its oscillating and finely serrated stainless steel blade is very sharp. It is ideal for peeling with precision fruits and vegetables with thin, tender and delicate skin such as tomatoes, peaches, kiwis ... It is formidable even on very ripe fruits. Its pivoting blade makes it possible to perfectly follow the contours of the vegetable in order to remove the skin finely and to avoid wasting the flesh. This peeler comes with a transparent, flip-up safety cap to protect the blade and not risk getting cut. The peeler tip is provided with a lug to remove imperfections or damaged parts of the fruit. Finally, its Santoprene handle is characteristic of the best OXO products, it is non-slip therefore practical for working with wet hands and very ergonomic for maximum comfort even with very repetitive movements. The small cushions on the sides of the handle absorb the pressure during use, very useful when you have grip problems.
